Lazy Days RV Park Rules and Regulations

Terms & Conditions

  • To rent a lot, you must be at least 21 years old.


  • RV Condition: No RVs older than 10 years unless approved by management. Pictures may be requested.


  • Tent-Only Sites: Not available.


  • Visitors: All visitors and guests must register with management.


  • Vehicle Limit: Only two vehicles are allowed per lot unless approved by management.


  • Cancellation Policy:
  • 7+ Days Prior: Full refund minus $50 administration fee.
  • 6 Days or Less: Full deposit forfeited.


  • Full Deposit: Payment in full is required at registration.


  • Refunds: No refunds for early checkouts due to weather, illness, or ejection from the park.


  • Speed Limit: 7 MPH. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction from the park.


  • Trash: Dispose of trash in the designated dumpster. Do not bring outside trash. A $25 fee will apply if cleanup is required.


  • Septic: Do not flush feminine products or wipes. Only toilet paper is allowed.


  • Fireworks & Firearms: Absolutely no fireworks or firearms allowed.


  • Alcohol & Substances:
  • No consumption by minors.
  • No open display of alcohol or illegal substances.
  • Drunk and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.


  • Noise:
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
  • Music must not disturb other guests.
  • Profanity that disturbs guests is prohibited.


  • Campfires & Grills:
  • There should be no open campfires.
  • Fire pits with legs and covers are allowed.
  • They need constant supervision.
  • No fires on picnic tables.


  • Children:
  • Must be supervised at all times in common areas.
  • Must be on-site by 10:00 PM.


  • Pets:
  • Small- to medium-sized, well-behaved pets are allowed.
  • Pets must be leashed or contained within a personal fence.
  • Exotic or aggressive pets are prohibited.
  • Excessive barking will result in a $25 fee.
  • Clean up after your pets.


  • Golf Carts:
  • Golf carts are only allowed for guests who are 21 years or older, possess proof of insurance, have received management approval, and have a medical reason.



  • Boats: A parking permit must be obtained from management
  • Public and private boat ramps are available within 1 mile of the park.


  • Security: Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings. The park is not liable for theft or damage.


  • Vehicle Washing: Not allowed unless approved by management.


  • Subleasing: Strictly prohibited.


  • One Unit Per Site: Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per campsite.


  • RV Condition: Must be in excellent working order and carry current insurance.


  • Access: Management reserves the right to refuse access to unacceptable vehicles.


  • Parking: Park only in designated areas.


  • Modification of Campsite: Altering the campsite is not allowed without management approval.


  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damage or injury caused by themselves, children, or pets.


  • Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with camping and agree to indemnify the property against any claims.


  • Lost/Stolen Items: The property is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.


  • Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as needed.


  • Right to Refuse Service: Management may refuse service to anyone violating rules or laws.


  • Eviction: Management reserves the right to evict noncompliant guests without refund.


  • Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify the park against any claims.


Extended Stay Guest Policies

  • Storage: Guests are not allowed to store equipment or materials that negatively impact the park's aesthetics. Items must be removed immediately upon management request.


  • Planting: No planting of trees or shrubs without management approval.


  • Construction: No permanent structures (e.g., decks, fences) allowed without permission.


  • Clotheslines: Not permitted.


  • Permanent Address: Guests cannot use the park as a permanent address or for receiving mail/packages.
Payment and Eviction Terms

  • Rent is due on the first day of each month.


  • Rent is deemed late if not received by the 5th.


  • If rent is not paid by the 10th, electric and water services will be shut off, and the RV must be moved within 10 days.


  • Electric and water are billed monthly for long-term guests, separate from rent


  • Failure to vacate the lot will result in towing at the guest's expense.


  • Gate codes will be revoked, and access must be arranged with staff to remove the vehicle.


Agreement Confirmation: By signing, guests agree to the terms and policies above.

Guest Agreement

By signing this agreement, guests confirm acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined above. Violating these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the park.
